The 2025 Thermal Audit will contribute to AEMO's operational strategy for management of the existing thermal fleet, as well as leverage findings to inform AEMO work programs and share high-level insight with industry.

AEP Elical previously conducted the 'Assessment of Ageing Coal-Fired Generation Reliability' study for AEMO. The 2025 Thermal Audit further complements our extensive work in the renewable energy sector, where we collaborate with clients on solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hybrid projects, both within the network and for off-grid applications.
